What this page covers
The current RAG Insights surface is centered on widget analytics.
It is the right place to review:
- summary metrics
- ratings
- quick-answer behavior
- no-reply patterns
- data-quality signals
Important scope rule
Do not treat this surface as a full analytics suite for every RAG interaction path yet. It is strongest as a widget outcome review surface.
User-visible states
The implementation already accounts for these situations:
- no team selected
- loading
- error
- no activity for the selected range
- populated analytics
How to use analytics well
Use widget analytics after, not before, you have:
- stabilized source quality
- validated behavior in Playground
- confirmed the correct agent is bound to the widget
That sequence makes the numbers easier to interpret and act on.
