Which pricing applies to my workspace?

WhatsApp v2 is a controlled test rollout. The new offers below apply only to explicitly enrolled WhatsApp workspaces. Check Project → Billing for your workspace's policy and current plan. Existing subscriptions keep their prices and entitlements unless explicitly migrated. Calypso Context pricing and billing are unchanged.

New WhatsApp plans

Prices are in USD per billing month.

Every v2 plan includes one WhatsApp number, 1 GiB of knowledge storage, unlimited agents and Smart Boards, and human takeover. Agents do not consume human seats.

What counts as an AI conversation?

A fixed 24-hour window for one customer in one workspace starts when the first qualifying AI reply is delivered. Further AI replies admitted into that open conversation share its window. The window does not restart with every message.

Generating a reply, accepting a send or marking it sent does not start the window: delivery must be confirmed. Failed sends are not charged. Human replies, templates and static workflow responses do not open a billed conversation. A new qualifying delivered AI reply after the window closes starts a new conversation.

What happens when the allowance runs out?

New AI conversations pause. Your team can keep replying manually. There are no automatic overage charges. Project → Usage shows the allowance, consumption and available packs. Usage resets with the subscription's billing period, not the calendar month.

An owner can buy 250 extra conversations for $39 once. Packs expire at the end of the billing period in which they are purchased; they do not roll over or renew automatically.

Need one more person on Start?

Add a person for $10/month on any plan. Start with four people costs $49/month; you do not need Grow just to add a teammate.

Only accepted active human members count, including the owner. Pending invitations, archived members and bots do not. The owner reviews and approves the prorated charge before increasing paid capacity. Removing people reduces paid capacity at renewal. Plan downgrades also take effect at renewal; review the included capacity before confirming.

Trial

The v2 trial includes 14 days of Grow, 10 people and 750 AI conversations total for the entire trial. Logs are included subject to role permissions. Review the chosen paid plan and team capacity before continuing: extra people require explicit billing approval.

Logs

Logs stays visible in the sidebar on every plan. Start opens an upgrade explanation; Grow, Scale and an active v2 trial provide access subject to the member's role.

Existing WhatsApp subscriptions

Legacy subscriptions continue to bill in answers and retain their existing limits:

Legacy plans include one seat; additional seats are $19/month. Legacy answer packs provide 1,000 answers for $10. The legacy 14-day trial uses Pro entitlements. These legacy units, prices and rights are not replaced by the v2 table above.

Invoices and payment

The workspace owner manages plans, payment methods and invoices in Project → Billing. Review the checkout summary before approving a purchase. See the current public offers on the WhatsApp pricing page; the pilot is not a promise of general availability.

If a workspace is suspended

An unpaid or suspended subscription is different from reaching the AI allowance. A suspended workspace locks product areas except Billing so the owner can settle payment. Boards and knowledge are not deleted by suspension.
