Your own profile, notifications, and security — separate from the workspace.
Settings is personal. Nothing here affects your colleagues.

Notifications
Worth setting deliberately on a shared board: unread counts are shared, so if everyone is notified about everything, nobody reads any of it. Decide which boards matter to you.
Deleting your account
Deleting soft-deletes your account and archives your memberships. Projects where you are the only member are soft-deleted too, and their billing is paused. If you share a workspace with colleagues, it continues without you.
