Project settings
The workspace-level settings behind your boards — what lives in Project, and what lives elsewhere.
Project holds the settings that belong to the workspace rather than to you personally.

Project vs Settings
Project is the workspace, shared by everyone in it. Settings is you — your profile, your notifications, your security. Changing something in Project affects your colleagues; changing something in Settings does not.
What is not here
Boards, their columns, their objectives and their agents are configured on the boards themselves, not centrally. That is deliberate: a board owns its own behaviour, so the person responsible for Sales can change Sales without a workspace-wide setting in the way.
