Members and roles

Members are managed in Project → Members.

Inviting

Invite by the address or number the person will sign in with. New members land in the workspace and see the boards their access allows.

Access is by board

In a board-based workspace, the meaningful unit of access is the board. A member works the boards they are on; boards they are not on are not their concern.

This is why one board per job matters for more than tidiness — it is also how you keep Returns visible to the people who handle returns.

Seats

WhatsApp v2 includes 3 people on Start, 10 on Grow and 25 on Scale. Each additional person costs $10/month on any plan; Start with four people is $49/month. Accepted active human members count, including the owner; pending invitations, archived members and bots do not. The owner approves prorated increases, and reductions take effect at renewal.

Legacy subscriptions retain one included seat and their existing additional-seat pricing. See Billing and usage for the pilot boundary, trial capacity and billing details.

Removing someone

Removing a member ends their access. Their past work stays: conversations they handled keep their attribution in Session logs, because the record of who did what must survive people leaving.
